With a privileged location in the city’s most exclusive area, The One Barcelona is a new 5*GL hotel with a sophisticated interior design that breathes elegance and distinction. The use of soft tones, with some splashes of colour provided by works of art and upholsteries, natural light and fine materials such as special marble and wood, all play an important role, creating an atmosphere of timeless luxury. The project was executed in collaboration with prestigious designer Jaime Beriestain. The establishment offers large, bright rooms, the Somni Restaurant & Cocteleria, the Despacio Spa at The One, a plunge pool exclusively for guests on the top floor, and the impressive Mood Rooftop Bar, with panoramic views of the city.

The One Barcelona enjoys an exceptional location in the heart of the city. Located in the emblematic Eixample district, the hotel is only one block from the elegant Passeig de Gràcia, home to the best-known luxury boutiques, restaurants and impressive architecture including the iconic buildings La Pedrera (Casa Milà) and Casa Batlló, both by Gaudí. The hotel is in a good location unfortunately the first room we got was very unpleasant the views were horrible looking on to an alleyway and facing an apartment complex. We couldnt open our curtains. Eventually we moved rooms which was supposed to be a free upgrade obviously not just a smaller room with a better outlook. Honestly the customer service in these supposedly 5 star hotels is seriously awful. Theres clearly no training being done . The other positive is the rooftop restaurant where the staff were extremely helpful and the food was very good and because of this experience and the location of the hotel I would return 7 out of 10. Would have been 10 if the issues we had had been dealt with professionally.

We loved this hotel. The room and bathroom were very nice but also comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and the food was fantastic. We ate breakfast there every morning and had one dinner on the rooftop. The location is great as its pretty central and within walking distance of a lot of sites/neighborhoods.

Beautiful hotel and highest level customer service. I was so happy with our stay at The One. This hotel really is 5 star grand luxe. From the warm welcome to check out attentiveness in service from all the staff is amazing. I communicated to the hotel before we arrived about our special requests and everything was arranged according to my wishes, fabulous!
We only stayed one night pre-cruise but we will certainly return! Thank you everyone at The One for absolutely lovely stay. See you next time!
