The One Palacio da Anunciada commemorated its 5th anniversary with an unforgettable celebration that brought together more than 400 guests, including tourism personalities, celebrities, journalists and influencers. The hotel's spaces were themed to transport guests back to the roots of the historic Palácio da Anunciada. The evening included exquisite gastronomic offerings, live performances by dancers, acrobats and a DJ, culminating a magical night full of emotions.

The One is for those who want and need a little extra pampering, the 5 star hotel is beautiful. A portuguese contemporary art hotel. It has an art gallery, great breakfast and pool terrace, a small gym and spa. Beautiful salones and cozy seating areas. I loved my stay here. My room was warm and cozy.

My stay at The One Palacio da Anunciada was, without a doubt, one of the best experiences of my life. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with impeccable service at the reception and such warmth that made me feel right at home. Not to mention the fact that Pedro Vale, upon noticing how much I loved ovos moles, as a thoughtful gesture, made a point to deliver them to my room before our welcome liqueur and sweets.
The hotels structure is simply stunning, with every space meticulously designed to provide comfort, sophistication, and a welcoming atmosphere. The attention to detail in the décor and the ambiance reflects their commitment to excellence and the well-being of their guests.
Breakfast is truly a highlight: a delicious and varied selection of fresh, high-quality products.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Portugal. It is an unforgettable experience where luxury, hospitality, and impeccable service come together in a unique way. I believe the excellence of this hotel deserves to be widely recognized and promoted.
To my surprise, and to crown my experience with perfection, at the moment of my departure, I was once again surprised with ovos molesa thoughtful gift that truly demonstrates the level of care and attention offered by the hotel.

The ideal place to relax and get pamperend after a day visiting Lisbon

Beautiful hotel with history and character. Very close to the main attractions and yet located in a quiet side street. Beautiful rooms, with super comfortable beds and pillows. Delicious breakfasts and very attentive personnel. The spa is small but beautiful and with an intimate feel to it, iDeal to relax.

This is our second visit and have already scheduled a third. Its such lovely place with a terrific staff and great food. It is a beautiful reconstruction of two very old beautiful buildings. While unique it is also comfortable and sophisticated. Its ours Portuguese home away from NYC and East Hampton.

This is our second time staying at the One hotel and they did not disappoint! The hotel is very classy and theyd beautifully decorated for the holidays bringing us much joy. Our stay included breakfast and we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious items. We would like to extend our gratitude towards the various staff members, from the front desk to the restaurant staff. Few names to mention are Miguel and Sultan, but they all were equally very attentive and helpful. We highly recommend The One Hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lisbon.
