The One offers 100% flexible rates in its hotels so that you can make your reservation with no strings attached. You can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before your arrival without any cost.

Bookings with free cancellation
Rates with free cancellation can be found in all of our hotels and there’s no need to pay in advance; so if you have a booking made through our website and need to cancel it, you can do so up to 12 noon on the day before the date of entry in the My Bookings section or contact the hotel to manage the change:

For cancellations later than 12 noon on the day before your arrival or in case of no-shows, a night’s stay under the chosen booking package will be charged as a cancellation fee, and any remaining nights booked will be cancelled.
Plan your next holiday now without having to worry about unforeseen circumstances that may arise! You can cancel at no additional cost up until the free cancellation period deadline.
Bookings with the “1 Free Change” rates
If you want to save on your booking, we suggest the “1 Free Change” rate: it is a pre-paid, non-refundable rate, but with it you are able to make a change to the date of your booking, providing that you notify us within 15 days of the check-in date. When notifying us, you will have to inform us of your newly selected dates.
Remember that you can enjoy your new stay within one year of your original booking’s check-in date, in a room with the same characteristics and/or with a possible rate difference that you agree to pay, free of any type of management fee.
Non-refundable bookings
If you have a non-refundable booking made on our website (before 10 March 2020) and it is affected by temporary closure of the hotel or by travel restrictions in your country of origin, we’ll offer you 100% flexibility to postpone the date of your booking at no additional charge up to one year from the date of entry, in a room with the same features and/or you can agree to pay a possible difference in rate but without any type of management fees.
