The One Palacio da Anunciada commemorated its 5th anniversary with an unforgettable celebration that brought together more than 400 guests, including tourism personalities, celebrities, journalists and influencers. The hotel's spaces were themed to transport guests back to the roots of the historic Palácio da Anunciada. The evening included exquisite gastronomic offerings, live performances by dancers, acrobats and a DJ, culminating a magical night full of emotions.

The One is for those who want and need a little extra pampering, the 5 star hotel is beautiful. A portuguese contemporary art hotel. It has an art gallery, great breakfast and pool terrace, a small gym and spa. Beautiful salones and cozy seating areas. I loved my stay here. My room was warm and cozy.

We have been met with wonderful hospitality, from the concierge services, fantastic housekeeping, and a fabulous dinner made possible by Hugo and Beatriz. So much care and detail has been put into our stay by the staff. This has truly been one of the most incredible hotels we have visited and we cannot recommend it enough!

The hotel is in a good location. The service was great and the spa treatments were excellent. Despite being a boutique spa, the attendants were accommodating, attentive and made the most of our time with them. I would recommend the scrub for men, especially if you never had one and the massage treatments for everyone. Our therapists were top notch and definitely worth the trip.

Lovely Stay in Lisbon with Great Service!

I recently stayed at this hotel with my sister during our first trip to Lisbon, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The customer service was outstanding, everyone we interacted with was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.
The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, offering a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere despite being centrally located in the city, which was ideal for exploring. Our room, while comfortable, couldve been a little cleaner, but it wasnt a major issue.
One night, I did experience a humming noise in the room, which I believe came from being next to a boiler/radiator room(?). It was a bit bothersome that night, but thankfully it didnt continue the next evening. Im sure if Id mentioned it, the hotel staff would have offered to move me.
A nice perk was the complimentary breakfast that came with our booking. While it was convenient, Im not sure Id pay to eat there if I werent staying at the hotel. But overall, it was a great way to start the day.
If I return to Lisbon, I would definitely choose to stay here again.
