The One Palacio da Anunciada commemorated its 5th anniversary with an unforgettable celebration that brought together more than 400 guests, including tourism personalities, celebrities, journalists and influencers. The hotel's spaces were themed to transport guests back to the roots of the historic Palácio da Anunciada. The evening included exquisite gastronomic offerings, live performances by dancers, acrobats and a DJ, culminating a magical night full of emotions.

The One is for those who want and need a little extra pampering, the 5 star hotel is beautiful. A portuguese contemporary art hotel. It has an art gallery, great breakfast and pool terrace, a small gym and spa. Beautiful salones and cozy seating areas. I loved my stay here. My room was warm and cozy.

We had an outstanding stay, and I want to give a special shout-out to the incredible hospitality of the staffespecially Beatrice and Eduardo Silva from the Jardim Wine Bar. We were traveling with our toddler, and they went above and beyond to make the experience fun, comfortable, and memorable for our family.
They were exceptionally friendly with our little one, very accommodating with our dietary preferences (we requested vegetarian food), and consistently helpful throughout our stay. Their warmth and professionalism truly elevated our experience.
Beatrice and Eduardo are a big reason why our stay felt beyond five stars, and they are part of why we would absolutely love to return.

A haven in the city

This hotel is in a great central location. Rooms are lovely and food is excellent. Spa, pool and outdoor spaces are inviting. Staff is uniformly pleasant and eager to help. They all speak excellent English and helped me practice speaking Portuguese. A special shout out to the breakfast team: Miguel, Guillerme, Alexander and Graciette (sorry if I didnt get all your names). We look forward to seeing you every morning.

Truly enjoyed our stay at The One Palacio in Lisbon. The food was incredible! Breakfast could not be beat! Coffee amazing! The room was clean and nice. Location is perfect! Close to many excellent restaurants and walking distance to everything. Our only suggestion was for the hotel to update their website for prices for the spa. We were given a different price than what was on the website. Other than the additional charge it was a wonderful stay!
