The One Palacio da Anunciada commemorated its 5th anniversary with an unforgettable celebration that brought together more than 400 guests, including tourism personalities, celebrities, journalists and influencers. The hotel's spaces were themed to transport guests back to the roots of the historic Palácio da Anunciada. The evening included exquisite gastronomic offerings, live performances by dancers, acrobats and a DJ, culminating a magical night full of emotions.

The One is for those who want and need a little extra pampering, the 5 star hotel is beautiful. A portuguese contemporary art hotel. It has an art gallery, great breakfast and pool terrace, a small gym and spa. Beautiful salones and cozy seating areas. I loved my stay here. My room was warm and cozy.

This hotel building and gardens are just beautiful and you forgot youre in the middle of Lisbon. All the staff are amazing and go above and beyond. Andres helped all with his recommendations of restaurants which was gratefully appreciated. I am so glad we picked this hotel. Its got a lovely vibe about it and worth every penny. The location is perfect and close to Rossio metro and Rossio main line train station (for your day trips to Sintra etc). I would not hesitate to highly recommend this hotel. It would be money well spent!

A lovely experience at The One Palacio

We took a quick trip to Lisbon October 2025, just 4 nights. We were very happy with The One Palacio. Check in was quick, but thorough. Our room was exactly as booked. Room was spotless and had nice appointments, spacious for a room in Europe. We booked through American Express, which included breakfast daily. The morning waitstaff were attentive and breakfast was delicious. A wide variety of hot and cold options and a few beautiful rooms to enjoy breakfast in. House keeping did a great job daily. Hotel centrally located, we walked almost everywhere! Restaurants, coffee shops and mini marts close. A special thank you to the concierges Sara and Fabio. They helped us pre-arrival and gave us good counsel while in Lisbon, with restaurant recommendations, and general information to planning our days. Would stay again!
