The One Palacio da Anunciada commemorated its 5th anniversary with an unforgettable celebration that brought together more than 400 guests, including tourism personalities, celebrities, journalists and influencers. The hotel's spaces were themed to transport guests back to the roots of the historic Palácio da Anunciada. The evening included exquisite gastronomic offerings, live performances by dancers, acrobats and a DJ, culminating a magical night full of emotions.

The One is for those who want and need a little extra pampering, the 5 star hotel is beautiful. A portuguese contemporary art hotel. It has an art gallery, great breakfast and pool terrace, a small gym and spa. Beautiful salones and cozy seating areas. I loved my stay here. My room was warm and cozy.

A very beautiful hotel in a good location. The service is good and has everything you need. We had a noisy room on the first night (a close by bar who were hosting a party) and the staff did all that they could, they moved us temporarily to that night and then we switched rooms for the remainder of the stay just in case. The breakfast is excellent and the service in the restaurant adds to that. The staff we had included Amanda, Miguel, GUI, Fernando, Fabricio, Alex and Graziely. We also ate in the fine dining restaurant one evening which I wrote a separate review for. It was also fantastic and staff there were excellent. They didnt really have a table but they managed to fit us in which we really appreciated. It is a lovely hotel which has been carefully restored. The breakfast room is really fabulous.

This is simply one of the best hotels anywhere. The facility is beautiful. The staff are kind and professional. The public spaces show great care was taken in preserving the palace and enhancing it for guests pleasure. The restaurant feature fine dining at a reasonable price. Particularly, TIto Pinheiro, went out of his way to make my friends and me feel welcome.
There had been a hiccup in our reservation, which was booked by the hotel concierge, but not recorded by someone in the restaurant. We were the only people who ate dinner here; without reservations. In fact, I heard Mr Pinheiro turn away other hotel guests, who did not have a reservation.
I felt special and much appreciated.
